"Ukraine highly appreciates your contribution into the development and strengthening of Ukrainian-Russian transnational relations, growth of strategic partnership between our friendly states and fraternal nations. Your awarding with the high State decoration - Order of Yaroslav the Wise of II degree only proves this," the telegram reads.

Volodymyr Lytvyn sincerely wishes Boris Gryzlov sound health, happiness, inexhaustible vital energy, family well-being, realization of all plans, and new achievements in the responsible governmental work.
